Parvinder S Chadha
In a career that has evolved from a technology entrepreneur to the creator of global service enterprises, privately held or publicly traded on both US and Foreign Stock Exchanges, Mr. Chadha’s accomplishments include more than 80 mergers, acquisitions and public offerings. In addition, his vision has created and profitably deployed multiple private equity funds to acquire a myriad of assets. Structures ranging from mergers and acquisitions of businesses to the purchase of billions of dollars of commercial and consumer debt have yielded many successes and much value. Before launching HOV, Mr. Chadha was Chairman and CEO of OSICOM Technologies, Inc., a technology company he founded with his wife, Sharon Chadha, in 1981. OSICOM was an innovator in the transition from mainframe-based to server-based networking technologies, and later from overlay networks to converged data, voice and video networks. OSICOM became a public company in 1987 and, as a result of 14 technology acquisitions, became the incubator to three leading public technology companies: Sorrento Networks, Inc. (the pioneer in metro optical networking); Entrada Networks, Inc. (a leader in local area, wide area and storage area networking); and Netsilicon, Inc. (a pioneer in networking systems-on-silicon). OSICOM commanded a market value of more than $1.5 billion in 2000 when they again embarked on a venture to build through acquisition a portfolio of potentially synergistic businesses at HandsOn Ventures, LLC. Mr. Chadha’s vast experience growing and building businesses at home and abroad, as well as his handson involvement in the entire portfolio, have proven to be an invaluable asset to the growth and development of the entire HandsOn Ventures portfolio, including HOV Services Ltd. Mr. Chadha holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Punjab Engineering College, India, and completed graduate-level coursework in computer science at the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Sunil Rajadhyaksha
Mr. Rajadhyaksha co-founded Codec Pvt. Ltd. in 1989, an HOV acquisition and now a publicly traded company. With more than 30 years executive leadership experience, he currently serves as Chairman on the Board of HOV Services Ltd. and over sees investments in India in the environment, education and clean energy sector. Mr. Rajadhyaksha holds a B.S. degree in telecommunications and electronics from University of Pune, India, and a M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology

Surinder Rametra
In 1983, Mr. Rametra founded Sun Computers and Software, Inc. and took the company public in 1994 under the name ATEC. He served as ATEC’s Chairman and CEO until 2003. Mr. Rametra currently serves as an Executive Director of the HOV Services Limited, a HandsOn Ventures portfolio company. Mr. Rametra’s career encompasses leadership of private and public enterprises. He is also a founding member of Silver Oak Hospital in Chandigarh, India and Shanti Foundation, a charitable organizations devoted to health care and educational activities. Mr. Rametra has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, India, a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, India and an MBA in Finance from New York University. Mr. Rametra is married, has three children and is blessed with four grandchildren.

B R Gupta
Mr. B. R. Gupta, 72, is a Fellow of Insurance Institute of India, Law Graduate & Post Graduate. He is the former Executive Director (Investments) of Life Insurance Corporation of India. After superannuation he was reappointed as Investment Advisor by LIC of India & Investment Consultant by General Insurance Corporation of India. He has over 40 years of experience in Insurance, Investment and Financial Services Sector. Mr. Gupta has been a Director on the boards of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd, National Stock Exchange, IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, Greaves Cotton Limited. He has been a member of Secondary Market Committee of Security Exchange Board of India, Debt Market Committee of National Stock Exchange & Governing Board of National Insurance Academy. Presently, he holds the position of Director in Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd, J. B. F. Industries Ltd, J.B.F RAK LLC, JBF Petrochemicals Ltd, Sagacious Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. He has been an Advisor to IL&FS Academy for Insurance and Finance Ltd., (an initiative of IL&FS Group) for a number of years. Recently he was associated with Trinity Global Education Private Limited as an Advisor in the Financial Services Division.

Prakash Shukla
Mr. Prakash Shukla is a Director of the Company. Mr. Prakash Shukla, a senior executive (CIO & Sr. VP) brings valuable expertise to the expanding network of Taj Group of Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Shukla is also an entrepreneur who has been involved at early stage with startups such as SST, Travelguru, Transerv, Mango Tree etc. He has worked with some of the industry’s most venerable corporations such as IBM, Unisys and has consulted for Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Solomon Smith Barney. Mr. Shukla is an Electrical Engineer from Rutgers University. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University and attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Harish Bhasin
Mr. Harish P. Bhasin, 67, is a Director of the Company and one of the Founder Member of Klassic Construction (P) Ltd. (KCPL), a privately held Company registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, providing construction and engineering services for Government sector, commercial and residential buildings since 1993. KCPL is a member of "Builders Association of India" and is in good standings. Mr. Bhasin is a visionary and goal oriented senior executive with over 35 years of experience in the United States and India in various industries including information technologies, construction and pharmaceuticals. He managed multiple organizational initiatives at the strategic, tactical and operational levels. He has a Master’s degree in Engineering Sciences from University of Mississippi, in 1968. He earned a United States Patent (# 3762466) "Static Stirrer Apparatus and Process" dated Oct 2, 1973 in his name.

James Reynolds
James G. Reynolds is the Global Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since 2007. Starting in 2006 Mr. Reynolds served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for LASON having originally joined LASON in 2001 as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Reynolds was a Senior Manager in the Business Advisory Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Reynolds has over 22 years experience, including his tenure with PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing financial, operational and strategic assistance as senior management of Fortune 500 and middle market businesses. Mr. Reynolds has a B. S. in Accounting from Michigan State University; and is Certified Public Accountant.

Bhuvanesh Sharma
Mr. Bhuvanesh Sharma is VP-Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary of the Company and holds overall responsibility for legal, compliance, governance, corporate and secretarial and investor relations matters. He had joined in 2005 as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sharma had worked as Company Secretary in the Indian subsidiary of a NASDAQ listed company Selectica. He has 11 years experience in corporate affairs. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics; a Master's degree in Financial Administration; Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Member of All India Management Association.
